- 1 stick butter, melted
- ½ block cream cheese
- 1¼ cups brown sugar, divided
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 jar apple butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9” × 13” baking dish.
- Bake sweet potatoes until fork-tender, about 1–2 hours, depending on size.
- Scoop the flesh of the sweet potatoes into a large mixing bowl.
- Add melted butter, cream cheese, 1 cup brown sugar, and heavy cream. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Top with an even layer of apple butter and sprinkle with remaining brown sugar.
