I’ve had the mild salsa in the past through an acquaintance, had to scour the web to find these guys. Decided to kick it up a notch in the heat department. This is just the right amount to get that burn/tingle… but not make it unpleasant. I highly recommend this or the mild.

My husband and I were in town for a week and picked up a jar at a local market. Best. Decision. Ever! I have never loved a salsa so much that I had to order a jar when I got home, instead of grabbing something else at the store (we can’t get it where we live). It was just that good. My husband and I are extremely picky when it comes to salsa. Most are too vinegary for our taste, or the consistency isn't right. We're avid Whole Foods shoppers and have tried literally every single kind they sell and have never been happy, until our final shot with The Backyard Food Company. We LOVED it. We tried the mild (which is a little sweet, but still good) and the chipotle flavor (excellent). Then sadly Whole Foods was sold out so we luckily thought to buy direct. We purchased 6 jars of the medium flavor and LOVE IT. We're (embarrassingly) already through our second jar (we got the delivery 6 days ago). We're so happy we tried this brand and are forever customers now.
htis is by far the freshest and best salsa I've ever had. All of their products are great! I buy them in multiples so I don;t run out and can bring to any party. Now that will have to wait but my family will be happy.
This salsa is not very hot to the taste. You can taste the freshness in its ingredients. Everyone in my household loves. Yummy!
