My obsession with TBYFC's candied Jalapeno started when I was working at WF in the grocery department. It was from the recommendation of a customer who said they were the best thing she had ever tasted that my obsession began. Her enthusiasm alone had sold me before I even tasted them.
The next time I saw them at the Pawtucket Farmers Market I knew I had to try them and BOOM. I was hooked.
I lived in Providence at the time and soon discovered that several local restaurants used this product on their burgers and pizzas (shout out to the Hulk Pizza @ Pizza J - literally heaven in my mouth) and my obsession with them grew even more.
Flash forward to now. I moved to Arizona and have been debating ordering some for the past 4 months. Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to buy some before I left and I have been struggling to find enjoyment in any pizza, nachos or burgers I eat. Finally I decided enough was enough and caved. I ordered three whole jars of jalapeno heaven. I am a happy woman again.
I love these peppers, have them every day on a grilled cheese with arugula. Don’t stop making them or I will go into withdrawal
